What is Reiki?

Physical
Reiki is a safe and gentle, non intrusive hands on healing technique to treat physical ailments without using pressure, manipulation or massage. However, it is much more than a physical therapy. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Mental
Reiki supports and accelerates the body's own natural ability to heal itself, helping to alleviate pain and relieve other symptoms while cleansing the body of poisons and toxins. Reiki balances and harmonises the whole energy body, promoting a positive feeling of wellbeing. It also helps you to develop an awareness of your body's real needs, for example the right nutrition, exercise and sleep patterns.


Emotional
Reiki flows into all levels of your thinking process, allowing you to let go of negative thoughts, concepts and attitudes, replacing them with positivity, and peace of mind. This leads to a state of deep relaxation, which helps to release stress and tension. It also encourages you to pursue your true potential.

Reiki is an alternative and complimentary therapy that provides a soothing comfort of human touch. With its calming qualities comes inner peace and a feeling of deep relaxation .The touch of a hand is increasingly recognized as being important and also absent in much of modern medicine. This can make a world of difference to someone in pain.

Reiki gives you what you need, whether it's a release of tension or an energy boost or both. It is a gentle healing therapy for emotional, mental and physical serenity and a wonderful way to fuel life into being more manageable and less stressful.

Learning How to Use Reiki – 1 st Degree, 2 nd Degree and Masters

Utilizing Reiki is as simple to learn as 1-2-3 = the three different levels of Reiki Training.
 
First- degree Reiki :
This 1st level class starts your reiki flow. You find out about Reiki history and how to use Reiki to heal yourself.
 
Second-degree Reiki :
One step up from the 1st degree you find out how to use three Reiki symbols and send Reiki long distance. After this degree you can become a Reiki practitioner.
 
Third-degree Reiki (Masters) :
This level is frequently divided into two parts, with the first focusing on the fourth Reiki symbol and learning Master's level techniques. The last level covers how to teach Reiki to others.
