What we provide:

A dedicated hostess will be provided for your stay with us. As we only have very small numbers of clients, they will be able to answer any questions that arise in the week and be on hand to help out whenever needed.

Please find below therapies and workshops that you are invited to attend. These are optional so if you are with us to just chill out and relax then please do so. We also have two excursions booked for you but again this is your retreat so if you don't fancy it then that's okay with us.

Keeping It Simple workshop's

6 sessions- structured workshops designed to help you deal with your specific life challenges and helping you to move forward. Please allow 90 minutes.

Motivational Reiki
Excellent for working through thought processes after or before a Reiki session. Please allow 90 minutes.

Reiki

As part of the package you will receive 2 x 1hr sessions of Reiki. This is a chance for true relaxation and the recharging of your batteries. All that is required is that you lie on a bed under one of the beautiful palm trees and drift off, whilst listening to the waves lapping the shore.

Yoga

We will be providing Daily Sunrise and sunset Yoga sessions on the beach so if you are feeling up to joining us in this wonderful experience or would just like to watch the beautiful sunrise or sunset please feel free to join us.

Massage or Indian Head Massage

Our two one hour massages sessions are given by a local Egyptian masseur, who has a very magical touch and manages to free up all the tension that we all seem to carry around with us. The Indian Head Massage will be provided by Kimberly.

New This Year

We are offering two aromatherapy oxygen sessions in the new ‘Oxygen Bar'. A twenty minute session sat in the quiet Bedouin cafe/bar which is a very new concept to most of us but very big in London and Tokyo. My favourite is the eucalyptus oil, you will however get to sample all the different oils and have explained to you the different health benefits that each one brings to you. It's very relaxing and a bit of fun. Ideal time is about 4pm in the afternoon and gives you a lovely burst of energy.

Excursions

We have planned two evening excursions which are both worthwhile attending. The first is a traditional Bedouin meal at the Bedouin cafe, where you are served food which has been cooking all day in the sand in special ovens. Food is delicious and there is plenty of it. The second excursion is to travel out into the desert after sunset to a dedicated astronomy site and spend the evening star gazing. We have a guide who is on hand to point out all the relevant stars and formations.

Free time

It wouldn't be good to go on a retreat without any down time so we have saved the best to last. There is unlimited snorkelling in the beautiful protected coral reef.

From dawn to dusk experience snorkelling at its best. As soon as you enter the water you can see the fish swimming around your feet. Go a little deeper and be prepared to be amazed at the beautiful coloured fish and the sheer abundance of them.

A wonderful experience that you will be telling friends about long after the retreat is over.
